Staff Attendance Manager (SAM) is a computerised Time and Attendance systems, designed for the purpose of assisting HR staff by automatically recording the attendance of their employees and to inflict an accurate labour management. Employees clock in and out at clocking terminals, which are linked to a PC. Terminals implement Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to detect ID cards or key fobs carried by each employee. SAM offers an essential security and control over your company time recording process. The software calculates the working hours according to predefined working rules. This information is easily viewed and edited at any time and reports produced on hours, overtime, lateness, absence, holidays sickness etc over any period required.
